I went for my monthly check-up again yesterday. We reached the clinic at 9.30am but had to wait for almost an hour to see the gynae. Not because there were many people at the clinic, we were surprised to be 3rd, but because the gynae had to attend for some emergency at the hospital...
So there we were waiting...
Updates on mummy (to-be, insyallah)
1) I gained another 2 kg within a month, standing at 61.2kg now. Seems like I had gained close to about 9 kg within 33++ weeks of pregnancy...
2) My blood pressure, urine scan etc are all normal.
3) I have no stretch marks on my tummy (the gynae confirmed this)
4) Appetite is still strong, though nowadays sometime I'll tend to ignore my hunger and then felt guilty later for letting my baby starve. And as much as I try to control it, I tend to drink a lot of milo and dutch lady choc milk since 2 weeks ago...
5) I now already have a bit of difficuly walking, as I will feel heavy.
6) Am starting to feel heartburn especially when I lie down or walking outside.
7) Work-wise, I am starting to take it easy already since my financial year had ended, and since I am going on maternity soon, I am not able to participate in those upcoming projects that requires commitment... I'll join in once I'm back from maternity next year.
Updates on baby:
1) Baby is currently 33++ weeks, weighing 2.4kg at the moment.
2) Actively kicking and stretching every single day, especially when Im not moving.
3) Head is already at the bottom, but had not engage to the "exit door" yet..
4) We have bought 3/4 of baby's items in the list, left a few more things to buy in December.
5) Hubby had decided to give my bedroom walls a fresh coat of paint to celebrate our new beginning
6) We are also undergoing baby development programs right now, and had bought a whole set of baby learning materials from newborn all the way till primary education. Call us kiasu, but we just want the best for her. :)
I guess that's all the updates for now. Will be meeting my gynae again every 2 weeks now till I give birth. So till then! Have a good December!
