So we went on a road trip to penang (15-18 June) and then to Perlis (18-20 June).
Stayed at The Northam All Suite Penang and at Hotel Seri Malaysia Perlis.
Went with only SG$400. Went to visit the places of interests like rumah p ramlee, bazaar ramadans and other shopping or rather famous places.
It was the fasting month, so we had our pre-dawn meal in the hotel. I cooked in the morning-afternoon to feed the kids before we go out. Didnt eat all the way till break fast time. Shops there open from 3pm anyway.
A very good experience indeed. Photos are up in my husband's fb. But not sure if we were missing their local delights since most shops were close when we went.
Next trip if allah permits - explore terengganu. In sya allah...
