Today, Farrell had a visit to his Paed at the parkway east hospital. We decided to take the same Paed as his sister so that things will be easier.
Alhamdullilah, he is cleared of jaundice. When I was supposed to be discharged, Farrell had a jaundice as high as 218. Hence, he was put under the photo light. Normal reading should range between 0-103. The next day when he was discharged, the reading was reduced to 128. He was able to return home but needs to be under the sun to reduce further.
However, I think feeding helps in reducing jaundice. He was cleared of it even though we didn't put him under the sun.
He also had his circumcision done on 21st dec 2012. And the ring came out today, 28dec. Exactly a week. Now, we are waiting for his belly cord to drop off.
Other than that, he is all and well, currently weighing 4.06kg with a height of 51cm.
Qistina is due for a 2-yr old jab in Jan and Farrell his 2nd hep B dose in jan as well. Hence, their next appointment will be on 24/01/2013. Definitely an experience to have 2 kids together having jabs.. We'll see.... :)
