Tomorrow I will be going visiting to hubby's side of the family, and finally nearing the end of next week will be out with my primary school babes..
I guess that would wrap up my Syawal... Though that being the case, hubby and I still enjoyed this Syawal as this is the first time we are celebrating it as husband and wife. Insyallah when next year comes, we will have our lil one joining us.. This raya is also the first time I gave out green packets, so yup.. totally memorable!
The past week had me gone through a phase of heat and breathlessness... I will wake up sweating like crazy even though the fan was solely on me, the past week saw me sleep without being wrapped up in my blanket, and because of the extreme heatiness that I faced, I was out from work almost everyday... I just couldnt stand the heat from inside my body and the heat outside. All day when I wake up, I'll just eat, took my medication and showered. Then, I will wear all those thin cotton clothes and find myself near a fan to sit and watch tv.
I asked around, and the explanation I got from experienced people is that I will feel heaty now due to the pregnancy and this may go on all the way till labour. A friend of mine advised me to stay calm and dont think too much about the heat. I did just that and now surprisingly, I do feel better.
Nowadays, I can sleep with my blanket on, with the fan not blowing full-force at me and still wake up feeling a-ok!. No more sweating in the night. Yay!
Donno la, maybe its just the hormones changing... But then again, I'm loving all moments of the pregnancy...
Baby is kicking every day as usual, I still get hungry every few hours and I still like to nap whenever I can... And Im still lazy to go work, but no choice :(
Anyways, before I digress further, here's some pics taken on the first day of raya.
Hubby said I looked square in the outfit, and he even called me spongebob... Grrr...
Tell me what you think, ya?
