Hello peeps, missed me much?
Apologies for the lack of updates. Last Month of July was a little busy for me. I was spending most of my time at work, meeting clients and stuffs and had it going full-forced. Reason being:
1) I had rested enough for the entire month of June due to the morning sickness and all
2) I need the most money in July. You see, my dad's car insurance renewal is in July and since hubby and I are the only ones using the car (besides my dad), he had requested that we shared the entire cost. My other 2 working sisters shirk the responsibility by saying that they didnt use the car, so why should they chip in to pay? *tsk tsk*
And furthermore, like I mentioned in my previous entry, I will be doing a blood test to ensure baby and I are healthy. So I had my check-up today, and the total bill cost me $373.
So there you go.
Today was my monthly check-up and I am at my 17 weeks now. It was a bit wierd not going to the gynae with hubby as he had to report for reservice today. Yes peeps, I am hubby-less for 2 weeks, all thanks to reservice.
Anyways, I went to the gynae with my mum. So far all is good. We did an ultrascan and it seems that baby already have bones developing. Baby's legs are kicking non-stop thruout the entire scan (even though i hadn't feel the kicks yet). At times when I lie down or shift from side to side, I can only feel one whole "lump" moving. But no kicks yet so far..
Alhamdullilah, baby is fine. And let's pray that the blood test will turn out good as well, insyallah...
The only thing was that we still could not confirm the sex yet. Baby's back was facing my tummy, so thru the scan, we could only see the back. Layan ar baby. All we could see was the legs moving and baby still refuses to budge no matter how the doctor turned the scanner.
Hubby called after the check-up. I told him what happened, he said, " Yerlah, baby pun taknak tgk camera, dia tau daddy dia takda..." Layan ar perasan laki aku...
My next check will be in 4 weeks time, so hopefully the blood test results will be good and that baby will reveal its sex. Right now, it doesn't really matter as long as baby is healthy and that I am eating... Weeee
That aside, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all muslims HAPPY FASTING. May this ramadhan brings us even more blessings to come, insyallah...
Oh, and did I mention that despite this ramadhan being the first for me and hubby to celebrate it as husband and wife, hubby is out serving his reservice and will only be back on the 21st. Crap.
Till then peeps, Selamat Berpuasa!
