the last few things....

I cant believe that Mr. HHH and I are just counting days to our big day...
Our wait, or rather his wait to be exact, from 9 years have been reduced significantly to 13 days... I cant believe it either :)

So basically the preparations are going on smoothly...

Unlike my engagement ceremony 2 years ago where I chose brown & gold as my color theme, this time, I decided to go for brighter and vivid colors. Everything is bold, bright and vivid. Be it for my room decor, my void deck decor, my best ladies baskets, pulut paha color theme etc...

So yesterday, Mr. HHH, my mum and my aunt, cik idah and I went JB again to buy my sirih dara, pulut paha, potpurri and my best ladies baskets.

For the first time throughout my wedding preprations since March this year, I had some "interference" from other party - my mum. All this while, I had the power to choose exacty what and how I wanted it to be.. But yesterday, it was a bit diferent.

Initially I was a bit pissed, but after a while, I calmed down and totally gave way to my mum for these things. Coz I realized, I just wanted her to feel happy and "participate" in her eldest daughter wedding preparations, for once. We compromised, and finally bought what was needed. Yerlah, most of the things I had decide, so everthing is more or less to exactly how I wanted my wedding to be :)

Let's run thru the checklist again:

18) bridal fitting - NOT CHECKED
19) collect dinner gown - NOT CHECKED
20) choc/dried food for exchange of gift - NOT CHECKED
21) honeymoon trip - CHECKED

I think thats about it.I didnt take those under one roof package, so all the items aboved are sourced out individually :)

The not checked items will be settled on the 16 insyallah.. I'll be on leave from the 15 onwards, all the way till 4 jan... YIPPEE!!
