Teacher's Day

Yesterday was the "celebration" for Teacher's Day in the kindergarten. Though I had only been on relief for 3 days, I am very familiar with the class as I had thought the kids since they were in nursery. Yup, nursery. And now in K2, I have seen how much they have developed, both mentally and physically.

Quoting from the VP of the centre:

VP: "Wow, seems you are the only one who had seen them grow from nursery till now. You should go to their graduation concert. There, you will have this feeling when you watch them grow"...

I think what she said was right.. But I don't have to wait till their grad ceremony.. I can see their growth and development now already...

And for the first time in my life, I received presents for Teacher's Day from more than half the class... hahah.. Never saw that coming though! I was really touched!

Those kids.... *tsk tsk*

Anyway, if the centre really cannot find a permanent teacher when school reopens, I will be taking the class from wed-fri till the end of the year... hmmm...

Till then, Love!

p/s: That conversation nearly ended everything. I'm glad we both came to our senses and everything had been solved...
