CONGRATULATIONS to HADY MIRZA for being the FIRST ASIAN IDOL ;)

I've never been a big fan of Hady, but I do know that he has charisma, not to mention a great and pleasant voice. He can sing very very well with a fairly decent image to look at... And I'm really2 proud of him!

I LOVE YOU, HADY!

You know, I have to say that even though Singapore is often known as a hectic, FINE, small, stressful (the list goes on) country, the Singapore standard bar is definitely on the rise. Look at how many gold medals our team has won in the SEA Games compared to previous years & all the bigger countries. I know that some of the athletes are not locally-borne (like Tao Li) but the local talents are definitely improving... Look at some of the businesses achievements overseas. Look at some unique individuals like Ashley Isham who has spread their wings and are known worldwide. And now look at Hady who has become the first ever Asian Idol, even Jaclyn Victor lost to him... Needless to say, I am proud to be a Singaporean! *patriotic mode on*

On a different note, it's 1 more day to my 22nd BIRTHDAY! *grins*

ps: my grades for this term really sucks. 3 modules are seriously below my expectations. :(
