First of all, we really had a terrific Hari Raya.. i was on almost a full week leave till the weekends.. ALL my relatives from Malaysia actually came down to Singapore to celebrate the raya celebration with us.
It was awesome.. we had some friends and all other relatives came over to my crib as well. At times we cooked a full meal. Others, just some frying of epok2, popiah otah, kerepok lekor etc to get the guests going...
And alhamdullilah, the green packets were good too...
Without us realising, the Hari Raya celebration had ended. It is now 4 days into August and i am now sitting at the registration counter of a conference. Remember my earlier post on 'Starting work this year', about the lady boss n conference.
Yup u got that right. That one.
As expected, no clear communication and planning and it was a very wasted day yesterday preparing for it. Today, i reached the hotel as early as 715am to set up the registration counter.
All is good so far, and i am counting down to the time it ends. 2.5 hrs to go.
I will just be going home today without doing any kinds of work, n tmr would be mad rush in the office again.
Ya, and the next event planning for next week will start, and there it goes again till end of the year. Pray for me in sya allah.. looking ahead to my year end bonus.. hahahahha
P/s: did i update that we will be moving to a new office in september? Yes we will and no more private buses then. Bus n mrt it will be..
