Last Week

Last week was my exam week. I had papers that are quite a large gap apart, so my last paper ended last Saturday.

Maybe I should record it here: LAST DAY AT SMU ON 291108. :)

So anyways, I went for a midnite supper with Mr. HHH last thursday. But this time, I did inform my parents. My mum actually had a problem with that, but luckily my dad was ok. So his decision overuled my mum's! hahaha.... Actually kalau btol2 pun my dad tak kasi, but I don't know, maybe he was trying to be fair... But he did mention not to have these late outings often....

So we met at around 1140pm, drove past Orchard Road then to Bukit Timah where we finally stop at Newton Food Centre. It was already 1am that time. A nice place for seafood actually, but because we were planning for seafood on my last day of exams, we ordered a usual menu plus a BBQ stingray. Not bad, I must say.

That was the last time we met before Saturday. Yerlah, nak concentrate for exams right!

Come Satudrday, after my last paper, I had lunch with some friends who are also graduating at Burger King. Then rushed home because, we planned to go JB by 3pm.

Initially it was just the 2 of us. My mum did not want to follow becuase she said we'll also be going KL this Friday. However, the news came: My mum got retrenched becuase a new boss bought over the cake shop that she was working for, and though offered, my mum refused to work with the new boss becuase they are using pork floss for their bread.

Because of boredom, it was a last-min decision for them to follow us.

We went to a tree-top restaurant (but we didn't seat on the treetop) called Damai Seafood Village. I've been there before when we engaged a Malaysian driver who introduced us that place, and I got the restaurant's name card.

Luckily Mr. HHH knows how to read a map, alhamdullilah sampai jugak... Layan...

The food, and kampung-style ambience was awesome! The only downside of the restaurant is the fact that there's lots of flies around. Though we reached at about 5pm, we were the first customer. After we came, then 6 other cars (families) came along.

Orang lain sumer park somewhere across the restaurant. Kita park btol2 kat depan restaurant... Kiasu Singaporeans! hahahah

We ordered Sizzling Beef, sizzling tofu, kampung-style sotong, dried chilli chicken, lala sambal, kangkong with prawn paste and special otah with cheese. With all our drinks and rice, the entire dinner cost only RM92.20 (wet tissue & service charge included).

So after dinner, we headed back to Giant to do some shopping of household stuffs that amounts to RM250! Melampau btol!

That aside, I can't wait for my upcoming holiday. Will be celebrating Hari Raya Haji at my aunt's new place in Bukit Jelutong. We'll be leaving this Friday night, and leaving by tuesday. But I won't leave just yet. Amy, alif and I will be following my another uncle to Genting and KL (1 day each) and will be coming back by the night train on Thursday...

Long Holiday, I know! And Mr. HHH had been kind enough to volunteer to take care of my cats till my parents come back on Tuesday... For convenience, he'll be staying at my place till my parents come back.

So checklist for this week:

1) Bathe the cats
2) Tukar Cadar katil
3) Cuci cadar sofa
4) Print out cat's picture and instruction manual for his use.
I've asked him to come by my house everyday this week to "kenal-suai" dgn kucing2 aku! Layan....
5) Clean my wardrobe cupboard
6) Clean my school stuff's cupboard
7) FIND A JOB
8) All in addition to laundry, vacuuming and mopping the house....

Alright peeps, gonna have breakfast now and get ready for tuition!
