Anyways, my weekend started as early as last Thursday. Yup, beautiful thursday! The main plan was to settle my holiday plans. Mr. HHH and I met around 3pm (though initial plan was to meet at 2pm) and we proceeded to Genting International to confirm my hotel booking. We even signed up for the Batam Shopping tour on the 27th July. Just the 2 of us :)
Yup, since I couldn't go on the retreat with my babes, I am going with my sis and bro to Genting Highlands. The plan is to make a visit to my aunt's place for a night in Kuang before heading up to Genting Highlands. We will be staying in Genting for 3D2N before heading back to Singapore.
On friday, Mr. HHH accompanied me to KTM to buy the train tickets. And we ate lunch at KTM itself. Not bad food, I must say. My initial plan was to take a night train but the tickets are sold out. Hence, I bought the train at 3.30pm - which means that I need to take 3/4 day off on my last day of work! Now, I am wrecking my brain as to how to break the news to my boss. As you would have known by now, she is not very friendly. Wish me luck!
Latest Update: I just found out minutes ago that my brother is having his PSLE prelims on the 12 Aug! And we will only be going back on the 12 Aug itself! Arghhhh... After all the train bookings from SIN - KL- SIN. So peeps, I kinda need someone to go w us. Preferably a girl coz we only booked 1 room in Genting. Text me if interested, please!
That's it about the trip.
Yesterday (Sat), I treat my entire family to Al-Ameen eating house off Bukit Timah Road. Why you ask? In lieu of the very belated mother's day, belated father's day and an advance birthday of my sis, Nina which falls tomorrow.
The attendees: My family except for one of my sis, Amy who has to work and my bro, Alif who chose to go Sentosa with his friends. Mr. HHH also joined us.
We were supposed to meet my parents at Bukit Timah around 4 pm. When I went to the carpark to get the car, I realised the car was not able to start. Luckily Mr. HHH was there, he called his friend to come and "attend" to the car while I called my parents. My parents were already at Toa Payoh, but they chose to detour and meet us back at our carpark.
While waiting for the men to settle the car, the ladies cam-whored at the void deck.

The fat baby kitten that we call Nini
The carpark cat
Notice the stray cats are pretty well-fed...
We eventually reached Al-Ameen at around 615pm. By then, all of us were starving. We "attacked" the food when it came.

Seafood Tom Yum, Kangkong, Lala Chilli

I spent $98.50 for dinner yesterday. Not bad, good food at an affordable price with great company...
I really had a fantastilious weekend. This was one of the rarest times that Mr. HHH & I met 3 days in a row, as he was kind enough to accompany me settle my holiday plans. I really appreciate it, hunz!
Anyways, a loud shout-out to Nina on her 18th Birthday tomorrow!
Happy Birthday, Sis!
Work starts again tomorrow.
Countdown to end of internship: 15 working days
Can't wait!
Till then, Love!
