Last day of the holidays

Tonight officially marks the last night of my 5-week holiday. Start tomorrow, school will resume meaning all the late nights in school swarmed with projects and deadlines and tests and cca and tuition will continue again... *boo*

This year will be my last year in SMU, insyallah. I have 2 more semesters to go. I will be graduating in Year 4 semester 1; a semester earlier than some of my other peers.

As such, I had decided to try and be more involved in SMU-related stuffs, something which I had given amiss since year 1. I guess it's because I gave my 110% of school & cca during my poly life until it reach a point where I cannot be bothered about cca & other non-academic involvement when I am in SMU. Whether that is a good thing or not, I seriously have no idea...

But 1 thing for sure, to graduate with a good honors, I really really need to buck up. I foresee (after doing some calculations) that the lowest grade I can get to maintain/improve my current GPA is a B+. Anything lower than that spells TROUBLE. *pressured mode on*

This year also means that I need to source for jobs as early as September? It is really important that I need to start working by Jan 2009. You should know why... *winks*

Enough about school. Today, I spent half of the day in bed after spending a late night on Saturday preparing for school. Some things I did: Wrote my name on some of the notes posted, print some other notes & did up a timetable in my organizer.

At 3pm, I headed to school for a post-production party of the Bangsawan production which took place last weekend in NAFA. If you had missed it, refer to the entry "Hello 2008!". Funny thing, my close friends who worked with me during the production was not aware of the party. Hence, they did not turn up due to prior plans. I swore that their names were in the email sent out; I even got an sms from the organizer to attend it. Oh well, too bad I guess...

The company was great. There was a solo performance by Abg Jamil (some1 who can sing really well in smu), the bloopers during auditions & of course the actual show that they managed to obtain from NAFA. The food wasn't amazing tho. Quite a waste. Initially I thought of "tapau-ing" the desserts but since I left early to collect the photos of the engagement, it was a bit embarrassing to tapau so I gave it amiss.

Yippee, the pics are ready!

I'm not sure if I can blog as often as I did last Dec, but I shall try my best to post updates to my readers out there. Promise!

Till then, Love!
