Some Updates

Pardon me for the lack of updates. Tho it is the holidays, I had been quite busy with some "unplanned" plans that will take place sometime soon... *winks* Furthermore, yours truly was down with fever and cough for the past few days. Those whom I had met/ chatted over the phone must have almost died in laughter after hearing my "manly" voice. YES PEOPLE, MY VOICE IS OFFICIALLY VERY COARSE & MANLY NOW!!!, so bear with me for the time being.... haizzz

My weekends was spent discussing very major issues before revealing the whole truth by Monday... Will elaborate more on this when the time is near. My aunt, Etek Ecah & family arrived in Singapore on 9th Dec. Luckily they stayed at Cik Ida's place so I don't have to keep my cats in my room... hahah *smack me now*

Last Monday, 10th Dec, I met up with my primary school girls. It was an incomplete meet-up since Missy Dida couldn't make it that day. Nonetheless, I believe the girls had fun, especially after I broke the news to them. Thanks for all the well-wishers dears!

Dee, Ani & I watched Enchanted at Shaw Lido before Ain & Fariza finally joined us for dinner at Nana Thai Restaurant.

The meet-up was planned as we haven't been seeing each other for quite a long time. We also didn't meet to celebrate each other's birthdays. Hence, the meet-up was a wrap for year 2007. Well, I think I should be seeing most of u again on the 20th Dec, I hope...

I had a very early Tuesday. I was already at Keppel Club by 7am. To those who do not know where Keppel Club is, it is somewhere near HARBOURFRONT. As of all country clubs, it is located almost 3 km inwards from the major road. Since I do not know where the heck it is located, Mr. HHH was kind enuf to sponsor some cash for my taxi fare. I took a cab from Bedok at 6.20am & reached there at about 6.50am. I was the first to reach, but it costs me $12. Thanks so much Mr. HHH. *hugs*

After the breakfast ended at around 8.30am, I headed to school to submit a form & then went to see the doctor. Since I'm covered by the insurance in SMU, my doctor fees are FREE! ..hahaha..

Later that evening, I was supposed to be back in school as it was the first debrief for the bangsawan stage manager thingy. But I was feeling very2 ill with a very disturbing voice. Sorry Haida, I couldn't make it for the first debrief... :(
Insyaallah I'll be there on the 26th Dec, yar!

Today, I was feeling a bit better. I kinda dragged myself out of bed, cleaned the house & went to Cik Ida's place to visit the rest. Etek Ecah & family will be returning back to KL tomorrow so I spent my whole afternoon with them. Afterwhich, Mr. HHH fetched me after work & we headed to Geylang to source for THE things. I bought myself a very nice Indonesian-like costume with all the necessary accessories. Ain has kindly offered her help with the make-up. Thanks beb!

ps: I was seriously touched when I went to Cik Ida's place & heard my aunts, uncles and mum talking about the preparations. It was meant to be a simple event but it seems quite extravagent now. I hope it will turn out well & as planned *insyaallah*

The fact that I'm seriously coughing while typing this entry reminded me that I haven't taken my medication....

I guess that's all for now... Will be meeting Eileen & Uncle Richard for dinner tmr.
