SAHM

Well, im typing this entry while waiting for my client to arrive.. Not that she's late but im early.. Haha..

Anyways, lil qistina recovered... Im still coughing with a bit of phlegm here and there.. Insyaallah i hope to recover by before the start of the fasting month next week... Talking abt that, it will be AUGUST already?? Where the heck did the rest of the months fly to?? Another 5 more mths to the end of 2011 and another 6 more mths b4 my angel turned one!! *wipe tears*

Digressing.. Oh did i mention im hubbyless yesterday to tmr? Hubby had to attend a ground breaking ceremony at one of the indonesian islands.. Digressing again..

This entry is supposed to be abt SAHM.. Whats that u ask? Its Stay-At-Home-Mummy..

I stayed home from friday evening all the way till mon becoz i was down with high fever and flu.. For the first time in my life, my fever reached 39 deg.. And the funny thing, my angel sticked with me tgruout those days that i was home... She didnt want anybody else.. When others carried her, she'll be ok for a while before struggling to be back in my arms.. And all thosevtime, i began to realise how much my daughter had grown.. She is now always in a crawling position, but not able to move forward.. She is very alert, and attempts to put everything that she touched into her mouth..

And the best thing, she reaches to hold the things that she saw.. When it is out of her reach, she stretch again and again and tried whagever means to get that thing like pulling the bedsheet so that the object will be nearer to her etc...

Once i sat her in her ceo chair and gave her a biscyit in hope that she'll keep still while i do the chores.. Instead, she 'accidentally' drop the biscuit and refused to take it back.. Not that she didnt want it anymore, but she ate it from my hands! That way, i couldnt leave her alone to do chores!! Arent that smart??

Our sleep pattern changed too.. Both of us were drowsy from medication, we slept the entire night... When morning came, we woke up and then sleep again.. This kinda changed the time i wake up.. Now, i wake up at9am! How to go work like that?

Being at home makes me realise how fun it is not to be rushing elsewhere.. I dont have to worry abt work, meeting people etc... I do things as and when i like.. And itz a good feeling!!

Much as i want it, i cant be a stay home mummy.. Things are more expemsive nowadays and single income may be diffict to get by.. Unless if hubby can bring back 5k each month, then maybe i can reconsider... Haha.. kidding ok!!

Well, to all my muslim readers, have a blessed ramadan.. I definitely am looking forward to this and hari raya of coyrse, as we have our little angel joining us.. Last year she was still in my tummy ok! I still remember, she was 5 month old then :)
